The community of Williams Island has three associations, and that applied to all of the buildings. Each of the buildings has its own condo association, than you have a master association and amenities like the club and restaurant. Every new buyer of Williams Island condo has to pay a one time $7500 initiation fee. The fee to the condo building varies depending on the building and the size of the residence, and is calculated base on the square footage of the unit. Condo fees could range from $700 per month to $1500 per month. Depending on which building we are referring to!
There is also a fee to the master association and again that will vary from building to building but can be anywhere from $500 per month to $1000 per month, depending on the unit. And that every resident has to pay the restaurant allocation which is around $1500 per year. This is the money that you prepay for the restaurant food and drinks.
