According to the County records Verzasca has acquired the location at 17555 Collins Ave Sunny Isles Beach from Sal Ganem Inc in March of 2015 for $10.5 million dollars with seller private mortgage loan. Developers are planning to erect a first new condo complex west of Collins Ave in years. The last condo complex built in the area was King David building which is actually located in the back of the Aurora Condo to be built and that was more than 12 years ago in 2005. Built by J. Milton and Sons Kind David condos were very popular at that time again since there was hardly any new construction condos for sale in the area at that time west of Collins.
