The Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach

Sunny Isles Beach is buzzing again, home to such luxury projects like Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani Casa, Sunny Isles is adding a new member to its multi-million dollar beachfront condominiums: The Ritz-Carlton Condos.

A partnership of two giants Fortune International Group and Chateau Group has launch pre-construction sales of units in its planned 52-story oceanfront tower at 15701 Collins Avenue Sunny Isles Beach 33160.

Edgardo Defortuna, president of Miami-based Fortune International, and Manuel Grosskopf, of Chateau Group, formed Sunny Isles Property Ventures LLC, to jointly develop and market the high-end Ritz-Carlton Residences project.

The 52 story 210 residence beachfront condo complex will have a license for use of The Ritz-Carlton name and will be managed by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. So far the monthly condo fees have yet to be determined.

Ritz-Carlton Condos will be built in Sunny Isles most southern point after the Trump Towers where the Solis Resort was going to be built. The old structure is just about demolished which will pave the way for drilling and groundwork.

Situated on 2.2 acres, one of the last few build-able oceanfront lots in Sunny Isles Beach, Ritz-Carlton will have 250 feet of private beachfront. With five, flow through units per floor and penthouses available, condos will average around $1400 per square foot. Depending on the size and floor level expect to pay from $2 million to $5 million dollars with penthouses up to $25 million dollars.
