Real Estate transactions require legal assistance see the qualified Legal Services Miami Florida providers that we have dealt with and had a good experience.
Real Estate transactions have become more and more complicated and Agreement of Sale Contracts have become longer and longer requiring more legal services and or legal advice. At Condos and Homes Miami we only use the legal real estate forms and or documents that are approved by the Florida Board of Realtors. This real estate Agreement of Sale legal documents has been approved by the real estate attorneys specifically for the Florida Real Estate Market.
As real estate agents and real estate brokers we are not allowed by law to modify any content that is printed on these legal forms, the only thing we as Realtor’s are allowed to do is to fill in the blanks and optional bullets. We always advise our customers to have an attorney review the documents and provide the legal services needed to make sure that they are protected.
Some deals are straightforward and usually do not require any attorney involvement but then there are some that do require legal services and advice of a real estate attorney. As Realtor’s we are not allowed to give legal advice and provide legal services we must refer them to attorney or title company which usually is owned by an attorney.
There are so many other legal issues in Miami that may come into play such as immigration, corporation, visa-related and on and on. This page was created to provide our customers with some of the companies that we have used in the past and found them to be trustworthy and dependable.
